Please note that delivery times may vary, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 10-15 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At Jyromuch Designz, we do not offer refunds for returns. All sales are final. We stand by the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you encounter any issues with your order or if there are defects in the product, please contact our customer support team on whatsapp.We will gladly assist you in resolving any concerns or arranging for an exchange if applicable. Instead of refunds, we offer store credit as an alternative. Store credit can be used towards a future purchase and provides flexibility for selecting an alternative item from our collection.
Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements and carefully review the product descriptions and size charts before making your purchase because return or exchange are impossible when wrong sizes are made as each outfit are custom made to fit to your size. If you have any questions about sizing or product details, our customer support team is here to assist you.
Production takes 5-10 working days, there is no express production unless you order from our ready to ship outfits.
Ready to ship outfits are sent out within 48hours.
Delivery within Nigeria is within 1-4 working days after production and 3-7working days after production for international clients
We charge a fee of N20,000 (20usd) to produce a new outfit If you order a wrong size. Please confirm size using our size guide only or send current measurements.
We charge N15,000 (15usd) for amendment when you order a big size and all logistics payment will be handled by you if any
-if you are taller than average, please indicate while placing your order and send your Shoulder to waist measurement and your preferred length.
-In rare cases, The exact fabric you picked might finish during production. We do not offer refund for this but provide lots of similar alternatives.
If you are not comfortable with any of these, don't order kindly buy from the items that are available for immediate pickup
